Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a retur for all opened/unopened product.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@truthmarknutrition.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 807 Airport Access Rd, Traverse City, MI 49686, United States
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Process (Including RMA)
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Customer Support

Email us at contact@truthmarknutrition.com or 888-254-6462 with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.

Receive an RMA Number

After reviewing your request, we’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days.

Important: You must include this RMA number on the return package. Returns without an RMA may be refused or delayed.

Ship the Item Back

Once you have your RMA, pack the item securely with all contents and attach the RMA label.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Inspection Upon Arrival

We’ll inspect the item upon receipt. Once approved, you will be notified by email—typically within 5 business days.

Refund Issuance

Refunds (minus the cost of return shipping, if applicable) will be issued to the original method of payment within 7 business days after the return is approved.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
